If you wish to cancel your order or items within your order before it ships, please phone, fax or send an email to
with your order number in the subject line, and an explanation of the items you wish
to be cancelled.
If you wish to return a defective product that you’ve received within your 3 day return period, send an email to
with your order number in the subject line, and details of the
items you wish to return in the body of
the email. Please describe the defect. After we receive that email, we will send a
RA Shipping Label to you.
